Why Choose To Write About Being Spiritual?
Our spiritual beliefs are personal and often taboo to be spoken about in "polite" company. So why would I choose to write about them? Well, I have several reasons for choosing this theme for my blog.
1. Spiritualism is something that has helped me through some rough times. Even today I have had to lean on my beliefs in order to get through some tough energy. Just this week alone I've experienced more than my share of pain. One of my dearest friends lost her mother to COVID. I had to call an ambulance for my sister to return her to the hospital for complications related to a brain tumor. My uncle has been fighting off side-effects from treatment for cancer. One man I cared for lied to me, then I mistakenly sent a text to another one I've been trying to forget about. (For an extra twist of the knife in my back, he didn't even recognize my number and had to ask who I was. Nothing like emphasizing how little I meant to him.) In the past all of these events would have led me straight into a spell of depression that would have eaten up my weekend with self-pity and despair. Now I have my spiritual beliefs that buoy me and remind me that I'm not alone. I call on the angels and spirits around me and can slowly see the lessons that are hidden in these hurts. Even as I write this entry, I can feel some of the sting from these hurts start to disappear. Why wouldn't I write about something that gives me such comfort? And this leads to my next reason for starting a blog on spirituality.
2. If even one person can be persuaded to explore their own spirituality, I think it's worth it. The kind of peace I get from embracing spirituality is so satisfying that I want to encourage everyone to welcome it in their lives. We all have the potential to explore our relationship with the Divine if only we tried. I write about it because I want to dispel the notion that there is a great divide between God and ourselves. Many of us were raised to fear the Divine rather to understand that we are part of it. Our souls are infused with the same material that creates miracles in life. By writing about this topic I am hopefully making it more comfortable for those who fear exploring spirituality. While this may make me appear to be selfless, it actually is a selfish act on my part. You see, the more people who explore this spiritual side of themselves, the better off the whole world can become. Wouldn't your life be easier if your neighbor understood that we are all connected to the Divine (or God, the Universe, or any other name you wish to use)? And while we are talking about all of these labels...
3. There appears to be so many people trying to divide us as a human race that promoting something that binds us together seems to be pretty important. My belief in the restoring energy found in spirituality goes against the grain of life in 2020. Between COVID-19, masks or no masks, and the political environment here in the United States, there is such a feeling of division that surrounds us on a daily basis. That energy is so toxic and heavy that people are searching for an escape. I'm sure the allure of numbing oneself with drugs and alcohol will lead to the further erosion of faith in the future. My hope is that offering an option to turning to these dangerous and destructive devices, people may begin to contemplate the ways we can actually help each other through these unprecedented times. And one of our strongest bonds is our soul connection to one another. This may be a lofty goal for one little spiritual blog but looking for what we have in common instead of what separates us can become the panacea for the dark times we are in. I believe that we can influence the energy of others and help uplift each other with kindness and love. Now, before anyone starts getting a halo ready to place on my head, read on for my last reason for starting this blog.
4. I would love to attract more clients for my readings. BOOM! There it is. One of the main reasons for creating this blog is to encourage people to try one of my readings. Before you write me off as a charlatan and a hoax, hear me out. I have conducted hundreds of readings and have received gratitude from lots of clients because of the comfort felt after receiving a reading. I'm not able to predict the future in all cases but I can pick up on your energy and offer ways to get through tough situations. I guess I consider myself more of a counselor than a medium or psychic even though I do use the messages I receive from spirit. If you are afraid to get a reading, I can assure you that there is nothing to fear and the possibility of receiving some healing advice from someone who has been through it herself.
Spirituality is a topic I intend to keep writing about. I hope you'll explore this part of yourself and find your own personal peace.
Free pick-a-card readings are available on my Youtube channel and my Facebook page, both with the same name Angelite Messages with Francesca.
You did a pick a card for me and it was very accurate. Thank you! Just wanted to share that with others too.-Amez✨
